Missing Toolspace Window

While working with  Autodesk Civil3D 2009 on 64 bit operating system you might come across the error message as shown below.

This because of a missing file path of shared files under support files path in options. As 2009 version don't have a 64 bit O.S. compatibility it runs as 32 bit application.

The path for the file is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AxUi

Once you add the path under support file you will be able to access the toolspace.
